Free Quotation and Inspection report

Free Quotes: We offer free quotes for our services. These quotes are provided based on the information you supply and are subject to change upon further inspection of the project site.

Free Inspection Report:

What do you get?

• A PDF report with photos and comments from one of our experienced roofers
• Photos of the good, the bad, and the indifferent. 
• Cost of repair estimates.

Terms of the Free inspection report;

1. Only the property owner or official property managers are eligible (If you obtain the free report when you do not meet the criteria of this term, we have the right to invoice you for the inspection services which starts at £250 +vat and can be more depending on the size and complexity of the inspection)
2. We have the right to refuse a free inspection report for any reason
3. The report is not guaranteeing to find all defects and is only a guide to the visible defects spotted by the roofer
4. The report is limited to visual inspection where it is safe to access
5. We do not take liability for any further damage caused whilst inspecting the roof where the damage was already present

If you obtain the free report when you do not meet the criteria of this term, we have the right to invoice you for the inspection services which starts at £250 +vat and can be more depending on the size and complexity of the inspection.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be detailed in the contract.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the contract.

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship will be detailed in the contract.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage caused by external factors are not covered under our warranties.

No Liability for Indirect Damages: CC Roofing and Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
